Traffic is most important for your website if you have PR & not traffic on the site your don't get benefit from site...

None, I’d say....It’s the conversions and ROI that ultimately matter...
If you are getting good traffic but your bounce rate is high, there’s no fun. Similarly, if your PR is high but you aren’t ranking anywhere in SERPs....there is no big deal...
